Al Ramahi continuously guides and monitor organizational ethics of the Company. As well as an impressive educational and professional portfolio, Mr. Al Ramahi has been involved in organizing a number of social and philanthropic events including raising money for UNICEF and more recently Emirates Diving Association Abu Dhabi committee. Actively involved in the clear up of reefs around Abu Dhabi, Mr. Al Ramahi is a hands-on activist for the preservation of our environment.

Established Cornerstone in 2004, and went on to build an internationally renowned real estate services agency based on a strong foundation of 14 years worth of experience and expertise gained during a highly successful career in diversified investment fields. From private equity placement and investment banking to sourcing and raising capital; from the United Arab Emirates to the United States, Europe, Asia and around the Middle East.

Hamad Bachi has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Phoenix Group, a multinational and diversified consulting and business group that was formed when Phoenix Consulting acquired stakes several companies in the fields of Marketing and Communications, Hospitality and food business, IT distribution, Shipping and real-estate.
Phoenix advertising became part Fortune Promoseven, and in January 2005. Mr. Bachi took over the Promoseven operations in Abu Dhabi registering impressive Growth of 100% year on year. Mr. Bachi also served as a board member of Al Sham Shipping Company and currently serves as the Chairman of Flavors International and as a board member of Cornerstone and Raya Capital.

After 12 years of managerial experience Tarek joined Cornerstone in 2007.During his Management career he executed the strategic and tactical operational growth plans and he was the major motor behind the expansion into new products and markets following to that he went to assume his position in a leading Marketing and communication agency in the MENA region and a part of a worldwide network, as an Administration and HR Director. After that he moved to on to a position of Executive Director for The Phoenix Group which focused on consulting, trading and investments where he was the fundamental role in the expansion into Phoenix Communications and Phoenix Integrated Technologies.

Louie Oumeish established Cornerstone Jordan in 2007, in partnership with Cornerstone Group, Louie started his career in 1992 as a quality manager and encompassed a diversified portfolio of investments and management skills ranging from sales & marketing, corporate re-engineering and consultancy, quality management, project management and business development. Louie holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA).
